Sustainability
Our unwavering commitment to sustainability isn’t optional. It is, in fact, critical.
The challenge is real.
We're experiencing a subtle yet profound transformation in business practices. Where once adhering to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles was seen as expensive and unnecessary, a new breed of ESG-focused companies is now simply outperforming those that are not.

We have strong relationships with employees, suppliers, customers and the communities where we operate. Farm-raised Atlantic salmon offers an efficient and healthy alternative to other sources of animal protein.
Salmon spend most of their lives in salt water. By minimizing freshwater culture time and using recirculation technology for all phases of culture, we minimize our impact on the local freshwater resource.
Feed manufacturers have developed sophisticated diets for salmon to ensure highly efficient conversion of feed to consumable biomass, known as the “Feed Conversion Ratio” (FCR). These salmon feeds have been developed specifically to support the use of RAS technology and to minimize the use of wild fish oil and fish meal.
